xvetu.com is operated under the trade name "Xvetu Solutions" by a self-employed individual (the "operator", "we"). You can reach us at id@xvetu.com. No legal entity is registered, so the operator is identified by trade name and a working contact address. If you do not accept this form of identification, or the law of your country does not permit you to use a website whose operator is identified in this way, please do not use this site: we accept no liability for continued use of it.

This is a static informational site. It has no user accounts, no forms, no newsletters, no comments and no payment functions.

We use no cookies and no local storage. We use no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising, and no third-party services. The pages load no external resources: fonts are embedded in the page itself, and every link to another site is an ordinary link that is followed only when you click it. We set no identifier in your browser.

The site is served from a server in Germany (EU). The web server is configured without an access log. Like any server, however, it keeps a system journal of technical events: faults, certificate checks and administrative access. Such entries may contain the connecting IP address, the user agent string and the time of the request.

• Purpose: keeping the site available and secure, diagnosing faults, defending against attacks.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: the journal is limited by size and currently holds about two months of records; older entries are overwritten automatically. We do not use these records to identify visitors and do not combine them with anything else.

If you write to us, we keep your message and your address for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of the correspondence. Mail for this domain is received by a forwarding service, ImprovMX Incorporated (Dover, Delaware, United States), and is then passed on to a mailbox hosted by Google (United States). Both providers are outside the EU, so sending us email involves transfer of your message to them. The forwarding service keeps a short delivery log (currently about seven days) but does not store the content of the message; the message itself stays in the mailbox at Google until we delete it.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, except (a) the mail providers named in section 05, acting on our instruction, and (b) where the law requires it.

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and you may request portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to id@xvetu.com. Because the site itself does not identify you, in practice these rights concern your correspondence. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
